Baking Class with Mayumi Sensei

 

Start the new year with a new skill! 

Learn how to bake a trio of delightful Japanese desserts this new year! 

Starting on 8 Jan, our guest instructor Mayumi, who hails from Japan, will be conducting a series of baking classes daily.

Sign up to learn how to make the famous Hokkaido double layer cheesecake, Matcha Nama chocolate, and Yuzu liquor jelly shots. Comprising a mix of demo and hands on sections, each 3 hour class will be a fun and engaging session, and you will get to pick up useful skills that can be applied in your own kitchen.
